It has never been, imo, an issue of selling the quality or quantity of the product, that has been a no brainer and had respectable interest. Getting the product to market with the huge infrastructure capex has been the main issue, imo.
Now the rail and port costs are no more for SDL the hard bit is removed and GC's job has just got a heck of a lot easier. The issue is now how serious Cameroon are in doing this for or with SDL or if there is a somewhat ulterior motive...........
