COME ON - "We are all in this together" will be next, pity he doesn't actually agree with that based on the pay cuts and loss of work for everyone else in Victoria.
He knew the security quarantine failed the cops here were arresting people and closing down stations because they said they were hanging out with people that should have been in hotel Quarantine. Then instead of acting he was too scared to say certain to religious groups that they couldn't gather for their festivals as they would have had a go at him for being racists etc. Then he has the nerve to get up and blame family gatherings... well yes they had massive gatherings for the end of Ede and it was all ok because you cant offend in the Socialist Republic of Dan Andrews Victoria.
