    GINA does not care whether or not we are profitable. She can wait ... and grabe her opportunities.

    Who will invest in US when the battle is not settled between GINA and the stupid board. How many directors will survive next election?

    Will small share holder support GINA? YES ...
    Will small share holder support current board? NO because of current SP. ...

    Chairman will resign very soon. I do not think that he will survive another 4 weeks. WHO WANT HIM?
