Bolt is classic extremist in the vein of american style neo right wing presenters and GIna has already espoused scarily similar sentiment to that of Bolt... they worship at the alter of suedo journalists like Alan Jones.. it's all about pleasing the masses and dumbing down content in the name of bang for buck.. if anyone disagrees then they are instantly labelled extremist, greenie, leftie, whatever...
i am a capitalist but strongly believe in free media... as some of the board of fairfax quite rightly say the editorial independance is a key asset of fairfax..it is probably one of the only assets left unfortunately it is not worth anything.. it is just a principle or in this case.. a charter
a pathetic little charter is not much of a defence in the face of Australia's most financially empowered female but IMHO if she wants to enforce her will she needs full control and that means a takeover..
