Yes, good on Gina for applying the blow torch to this useless Board. She should also demand that the Chairman and Board take a pay cut to their fees commensurate with the destruction of shareholder wealth i.e. they should take and 80 % pay cut to their fee's and no lavish board meetings in 5 star resorts/hotels/restaurants , all at share holder expense and in addition to their excessive fee's. Director's fee's tend to be linked to the market cap of a company and FXJ's has fallen 80% since this board took over.
I know if she calls a meeting the majority of shareholders will tell Corbett what they really think of his, and the boards, stewardship of our company.
I also think she has been too generous in giving him 6 months to turn things around, it should be more like 2-3 months. The share price won't survive 6 mths the way things are going.
Good on her for demanding they purchase shares in the company, it should be a condition of being a board member.
