In reference to my previous post, I am also a shareholder of Perpetual. Perpetual shares have fallen from around $ 80 to $ 23, not as bad as FXJ , but the point I want to make is that Perpetual, just last week, took the axe to it's Chairman and Boards renumeration , not as much as I would have liked but the Chairman's renumeration was reduced by 42% and Board members 25%. The current fee's being paid to this Board is reminiscent of the greed and excess of the pre GFC days, shareholders should be outraged and demand that they be substantially reduced. I hope Gina pushes for this because we are all paying for it. FXJ is living in the dark ages of corporate greed and excess from an old boy's club and focuses more on executive renumeration than the interests of the business or shareholders.
