I think that is naive to think that Rinehart is going to come and turn the paper into the Sun or change the editorial direction so is just "another mining magazine" like what I saw quoted in the presence.

The stock price is down close to 90% over four years and the current management and board have not been able to find a solution to the structural problems the business is facing. We are a capitalistic economy, I think there is something seriously wrong if someone who holds 18% of the company cannot get a board set. The comments on editorial direction ... I think if I owned that much of a company and management have not been able to turn the fortunes of the business around then of course I would be wanting some control over the content of the papers. Again, I'm not saying that this means the paper will become the "Mining Tribune", I don't think Rinehart is that stupid, if that was the case no would buy the papers.

I don't see what the big deal is, the company has been a dog for the past four years and someone who has a substantial stake in the business (unlike the other directors) is being told she is not welcome ... what a weird world we live in were directors can get away with that garbage.
