I love to lie about Gobster. However, I don't get the chance too often, because I'm usually dealing with his little porkies.
Lease rates are a crock. If they were an accurate indicator, everyone would follow them and everyone would make a fortune.
I've plotted them in the past - they are so inaccurate as pricing indicators that, if you relied on them, you'd be broke within six months.
I could make money 9 times out of 10 betting against Gobbo, so I'm hardly going to believe him in an area that I actually know something about!
