probably because people are seeing the SP being kept low on purpose possibly? why would any one want to sell as soon as theres a hint of movement yet they can just unload their stock at 0.001 lower, just do it, so why would someone stack the sell side.
i cant think of a reason why we need to raise money anyhow, even if they tried, who would kick money into this without having a 100% guaranteed solution for selling oil, why would one take that chance??
