Why you getting upset. Sorry, I deal with Brokers never been one. You have no holdings now, but you are saying a telephone call from a Broker is “sus”. The company raised money via a Placement. I don't care what you claim was said on that telephone call because all they were doing was raising money or looking for new clients (because that is what Brokers do).
Is that what you do bad mouth stocks once you exit! Do we have to hear conspiracy theories about some Broker that called you. They were trying to make a fee nothing sinister.
You are out of the stock - this public display is not needed.
