More than a bit unfair IMHO hectobar. My/(our?) problem is that hardly anyone has offered to assist us with a little application of trained legal expertise. I for one am grateful that Sherlock took the trouble to try to throw some light on this issue, and I hoe he will continue to do so. After reading his contribution carefully IMO it helped our understanding far more than a lot other posts - possibly including my own! This FORUM is mainly comprised of people without LLBs. In view of your comment, perhaps you might assist with additional clarifying legal comment on occasion....
