All the posters that praise Sherlock must be confused. Sherlock wrote that he does not understand what the government doing in court. This shows that he does not understand the legal situation at all since the case is mainly against the government's decision and they sent their senior counsel to respond to SMSL. Lynas is still asking to participate as an affected party. Read the post of Lynas. Everything is explained there and it fits 100% what I have written previously.
