tototy, I note your propensity to use pejorative language about other posters - and I suppose I'm possibly inviting it now. But also noting that Sherlock is new to HC, I can't see any reason for your vituperation. You've made your point about the key role of the Malaysian Government in current court action, but that gives me no comfort at all in this topic area.

So IMHO we SHs should encourage posters to debate the complex legal mess that our company has got itself into while providing only a bare minimum of information to shareholders, who have every right to seek more information.
