You are pretending to know the law but in fact you are quite ignorant and also a snob putting down other posters. So maybe you should be put down a little. Right now I have to go and I don't have time to analyze in writing all the nonsense you have written. So I will give just one example to your ignorance. You claim that you don't understand why the government is involved in this case. Well, you should know that the government issued the TOL and the government via MOSTI minister rejected SMSL appeal on the TOL issuance. So, the government is a PRIMARY defendant in this case and Lynas is just a secondary defendant.
