    Just to be absolutely clear Chubby, the deal is not:

    "17m on the 11 April at 35c per share issue price"

    The deal is for $17.66million capital raised from Timeone at 35.5c per share by C.O.B. 11 April, 2012.

    Don't want to give you any wiggle room to get out of this (you may be a slippery lawyer).
