Hi Minemine, yes I think it's normal that when in va they don't trade, will it trade again, let's hope so.
On VA responsibilities, when looking at someone's arguement I find it useful to look at the assumptions they have made, if they are incorrect then it probably means their arguement is invalid. There is an obvious example in your post where you say "We all know.........". This is obviously incorrect, as I don't know it, silly me, did you just make it up for something to say?
