no I don't think so staz024, the register is frozen. no transfers etc allowed unless under written authority.

I think such authority would only be for very narrow circumstances such as Estate transactions. Transfer from Decd holding to Executor etc. Certainly not for sale or takeover to third parties.

Don't get too paranoid,staz. Putting on a tin foil hat Yes it's very frustrating, the time it takes for the VA procedure to business day 'evolve' to the second decisive meeting in June.
but staz a VA doesn't issue progress reports- we got this offer but recently got another one and expecting others before closing date. A VA is not looking for ShareHolders Opinions,votes that's for AGM/EGMs, formal takeover offers etc
Staz the VA is restructuring and recapitalising TON to ensure Future Solvency. It is "solving" some creditor disputes/contract breaking, hopefully it is solving the CGT 'matter'. It has "powers" to refer matters to ASIC.
