We won't know the outcome until something is announced! Let's just wait and see rather than get jittery because we are waiting for a result again. Afterall this talk all started way back in Oct/Nov last year. So ACS are obviously dealing with very slow decision makers. I rather them get them there slowly than not at all. No announcement has been made so they are still talking.
