669,608,765 shares with a market value of $46,939,875 (at aa value of 7.7c)
106,150,000 options with a market value of $2,866,500 (at a value of 2.7c)

Total market value of $49,805,925
Less cash in Bank $ 5,970,000

Gives a current “market” value of $43,835,925 for business.

Hmm lets see last true resource calculation was in 2000 with a total resource of 1,052,640t @7.64% ZINC gives 72,380t in refined Zinc (allowing a 90% extraction)

So, market value less cash, $43,835,925 divided by 72,380t says that the Market believes that the MLS zinc is worth $606.00 a tonne based on old data.

- Current Zinc price is $3,600.00 a tonne.
- The resource looks like it will be upgraded by year-end at the latest based on zone A and drilling completed last year (I guess atleast 2x3 times old estimate).
- The main source has not yet been found.
- Copper has been found and good quantities in Zone B with assay results due shortly.
- Zone D has been mined a shown in today announcement (refer announcement 31/01/2007 to see significance of this)
- ARH is working hard on Sherlock Bay as they have significant financial backing and we have a 30% walk in the park so if nothing eventuates it costs us nothing but it certainly looks like the opposite as significant cost is being worn by ARH.
- MLS is working on U in Africa; cost us nothing to get tenement and the area is known for U since 1970’s how much has technology improved since area was last surveyed. SIGNIFICANTLY.

Really I don’t know what there is to down ramp with this stock. Just sit back, relax, and wait. Investing is about long-term not short term. Let the day traders play the stock now and not really look into the stock.
