    Thats a very simplistic way of looking at it Stweeve.... If you are shopping in the US then you are IN the US.

    If you are accessing NFLX from Australia using a VPN and an Australian based credit card then you are NOT in the US and accessing content that NFLX don't have rights to in Australia.
