Jenny - the 3 reasons given earlier are all speculation.
The one exception is the JV with Leopard - nothing has happned for over a year and the directors were very cagey at the AGM (yes I was there).
It is high summer in Kstan. Any company looking to operate seriously on the ground is doing stuff RIGHT NOW. This is all talk and speculation and lots of people could do their dough.
