I believe that the main driver of that is the high barriers to access quality research and data. Along with a lack of direction from key medical staff in the country. I've seen studies that show a 8-9 fold decrease in hospitalisations in people who undertook saline flushes immediately after diagnosis. Where's our advice? US and UK studies show people who wear glasses have lower infection rates while the US ophthalmology society has recommended those who wear contacts cease doing so due to increased transmission. Our government denied for months that the virus could be spread asymptomatically while the Chinese and Germans were screaming it from the rooftops. They've shot themselves in both feet at every turn. As an aside, are you familiar with the GSK and UK government handling of Pandemrix?
