I know exactly how you feel but if I look at my portfolio, nearly ALL my shares have been going down - not only HEG.
The positive thing with HEG, is that the volumes are relatively very low.
I read the Company Update and quite frankly haven't a clue what "abundant visible gold in the Amalgamated vein set at 1250N and 1425N to the west and below the Amalgamated level. The surface drill hole HHRCD22 intersected 220g/t over 0.1m in the Amalgamated vein set 50 meters below the level at 1460N" means....
What I do know is that there is definitely SOME gold there and maybe, just maybe a LOT of gold still there.
Historically, the miners have found pockets of extremely rich deposits and if HEG finds one of these pockets, we will all be grumbling why we didn't buy more shares when we had the chance.
As I see things, HEG will mine the smaller deposits that it knows of and no-one will become super-rich. But there is every chance that ,in the process of mining these, they will hit the big one and then we can all drink champagne!
I am not buying any more stock but I am going to hang on to the shares I already have.
