gold is currently A$940 which is about A$30 per gram
the "cut off grade" is the grade at which the mining and processing costs are equal to the selling price
so a cut off grade of 5 g/t equals A$150 per tonne
conclusion: mining costs for HEG will be about A$150 per tonne
I expect that mining and processing costs for HEG will be more like 4 g/t - the usual underground mining average quoted in the geological reports
