along with all the advantages you have mentioned HEG seems to have everything going for it:
very high grades, several optional mining methods, financing OK, a near workable mine, defined reefs, obvious lodes, a small processing plant, cheap gravity processing, pouring a little, plenty of resources, small JORC likely to get a lot bigger, management seems excellent
what more could a small miner want?
