There are 2 more typhoons bound to hit the North Island too. One that will narrowly miss it except for the afr north and Typhoon PARMA (local name Pepeng), winds of 200-250kph absolutely massive, that is pretty much a direct hit.

Not to sound insensitive to the people living there, I might hold off on buying anything to do with the north island, may get bad press.

AFAIK, dont think medusa is affected by any of this (whew!).
