If holds above 22 cents at the close on a down day then that is pretty bullish signal for me and concur as of tomorrow we have probably seen the share price start to gradually climb up.....
Speed of current ascent will depend on short term whether stock attracts wider investor interest.....continued broker upgrades for HZN and positive sector sentiment will help NGE's cause....
Until at least the next announcement.....
