    My patience has run out.

I don't normally get to this stage.
Over a month since the last disaster and nothing from them.

I sent the following email to TIS via the website and urge any other frustrated shareholders to do the same.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a shareholder in TIS and am very concerned regarding where we stand in respect to gaining the CE Mark for VitroGro.

Since it was rejected as a device by EMA partly due to the apparent poor presentation from BSI what has been happening?

    Are you appealing this decision?
Are you preparing to get approval as a medicine?
Do you still believe it is a device?
Are BSI still a part of the approval process?
Are the FDA trials going ahead and if so, when, and how are we paying for it now that the CR is cancelled?

We shareholders are totally in the dark more than a month after this has happened. You must have something to announce by now.

All I ask for is an honest announcement on the website as to what is the next step so as your "unsophisticated" investors can make informed decisions about their investment. Surely this can be done.

The company must have a new plan/strategy.

I urge you to communicate this plan to your long suffering shareholders.
