Principal assets include:

Way-Centipede deposits currently under Definitive Feasibility Study;
? 40,000km2 exploration portfolio in uranium friendly jurisdictions, including 100%
of recent uranium discovery ?Theseus? project, Lake Mackay, WA.
With the recent ERMP (EIS) submission for Lake Way-Centipede, Toro remains on
track to achieve first uranium production from the Wiluna Uranium Project in 2013.

Also cash is $36M, no debt, and OZL own 42%

Other than the Greens getting in the way, IMO it looks like a goer.
