    I disagree. The law of defamation is important, not only can defamatory statments slur a person's reputation unfairly but they can also unfairly influence a person's view, eg whether or not to invest.

    I welcome fact based comments, positive and negative, but not speculation and innunendo.

    And opinion dressed up as fact is also bad.
