>>I disagree with condeming Dykes for one night of over drinking<<
Well, that is very charitable of you.
>> as it is not his pattern of behaviour <<
I don’t know if it is, do you?
The real question is if Peter James Dykes is 'a fit and proper person' to be on the board of a public company.
One would expect present and potential future NexBis customers to do some background checking on the company and its directors before entering into contractual obligations with NBS.
A simple Google search may be all it takes to call a halt to dealings with NBS.
Attaching a Muslim taxi driver will not go down well in some of the predominantly Muslim countries where the company is trying to do business.

Is he the best two feet walking around ?
For the money he is being paid there must be a good deal of others who are prepared to join, unless they find the company a little too 'risky' and a bad entry on the personal CV.
NexBis mission statement: "Our vision is to become a trusted partner to governments worldwide in their pursuit to create a safer world for their citizens"
Vote Peter Dykes OUT at the AGM.
