RC did get a deal, and his last interview said shareholders may not like the price he had the deal on.
Perhaps it's impatience, or being sort of an alpha type, not used to being vetoed against? I hope ego is a part of his leaving as opposed to some zen wisdom, which would bode ill for us.
I'm sure the share drop is good enough payback fro him against the board.
Again, not sure how his mates from Queensland Gas is going to react with him bailing out and them with their money in. Looks like a 2 finger salute to me.
