At present there is absolutely no reason to invest
1 the mine is closed
2 the mine closed because it was unviable
3 will it ever reopen
4 share price still trending down
5 a CR will be needed if it was to reopen and continue construction
if you have held and are down 80/90% on your investment may as well keep holding you haven’t got much more to loose and a miracle might happen and the share price gets back to $1.8/90
for my money there are better gambles
