All I can say is have a look at the big runs in this stock and they coincide with jp Morgan target upgrades.
Conversely the big sell off from 1.70 to 1.10 was jp Morgan downgrade.
Goldman sachs has initiated coverage with a bullish buy and $3.75 target and I think it has had a huge effect today as the stock has needed a confidence boost post the lamp controversy and this has provided it.
I get hold of an institutional daily report written by gold mans and lyc and rare earths was all over it for the first time.
Not saying other factors not also helping but this wasvthe spark today.
