I totally agree:

Relenza is a dead duck and the only way it could be revivied would be for


a. There be a bird fly epidemic ( unlikely)and ...

b. That there be successful transmission of a hypothetical mutated bird flu virus between humans ( hasn't happened since 1918 and even this is unproven)

c, That relenza actually shown to work against it (unproven) before...

d. CSL bought out the vaccine that makes Relenza redundent and all this to happen before...

e. Relenza went out of patent.


If you believe that and Peter Cooks dreams of "northern summers " I would suggest alternate medications for you.

The one hope for Biota's share price was the slim chance that GSK would blink first in the legal action ( and they did!!) but the friggin idiot board and CEO toally blew it!!

Watch Biota drop to 5 cents and then follow the course of your average dying ASX Biotech.
