CP82 - The Australian Financial Review the other day stated that the chances of a commercial discovery in PEP 11 have been rated at between 20% and 80% which is obviously way higher than the chances of winning lotto. The technical analysis shows reserves equating at 3 times (could be much higher)more than what Bass Strait has pumped out to date. Try and put that into some kind of persepctive and you have a possible field which would send a stock like MMR to orbit. I haven't done the figures and I would be interested if anyone else has, but I would of thought north of $40 on a commercial discovery. Of course it could go much higher. Looks to be still a screaming buy up to $1 plus when you look at risk/rewards senarios. Anyone out there crunched any numbers of a commercial discovery??
