ok, lets pray to ongkili. if he needs 1 month or 2 month or even a year... this is ok. because he is a wise man and what he says and what he needs is my passion!
And if he says: "i have to do a decission within 2 weeks and than he need 4 weeks (more) or 10 years or 1000 years - thats ok. let him his time for harvest festival. i think you guys here dont know how important harvest festival is? thats the holy ongkili festival! he is god on earth. and if a small unimportant backyard company like lynas spent a few dollars in malaysia, there is no reason for holy ongkili to do anything. lets wait and see. if he decides everything is good. even if he says "not TOL" that ok, because ongkili is always right and if he needs 10.000 years i am sure his decission is very much based on facts. so dont worry!
