Nope. Debt. and the link to J&J was only due to the fact that they are both Pharmaceutical companies. I find it funny that you say 17 years is old for a Pharma.... you must be new here.
The fact that companies are still lining up to give us money and potential milestone payments for a successful launch just into just back pain will exceed 1Bil...
Please stay on the sidelines. you can buy in when they are making 32bil in revenue and a share price exceeding this tenfold... and make your 1% dividend per year...
