I was quiet because I have only just come across the announcement!

Mate - its not really possible to explain the various goings on at CNN - you would know this if you have followed the company closely in recent years. Very "sexy" business's but all blue sky.

A few observations regarding this latest 'effort':

- They keep 'chucking out' these free options which they recently reported had no value! I think they mentioned this in one of the recent statements regarding an issue to Tony Tech. For Options that have no value they seem to be very keen to keep giving them out??. I'm hoping its because our Pat has a whole series of blockbuster announcements which by mid 2004 will propel the share price well over 20c. LOL.

- "Funds will be used to expand & develope the environmental division". Geez will they ever sell a Waterpower unit!

- Who are the "existing class of security holders". Mr Yu again?
