I appreciate the response - you were the only one to nibble & I probably should have expected that, based on posts I have read over the last 18 months or so (yes, I have followed CNN for a while) - Mr Delivery is very informative, when it suits him??

I like to stir the pot (it tends to sort out the men from the boys & often provokes responses that show ppeoples true motives or personalities), but not like Saxien in the past who was not just negative but destructive.

I expect you wouldn't take offense by me implying attempts to ramp this stock - good luck to anyone who tries. To be honest, I was hoping that the stock would drop below the 8c mark again, at which point I was considering buying. Yesterday's announcement put me right off though, maybe because it implies that CNN need the money (to develop, which is fair enough), but are basically not expecting much in the way of income in the short to medium term from any of their potential earners.
I get the sinking feeling that CNN, who do have some "sexy" market appeal, are just doing anything & everything to keep their heads above water for as long as possible in the hope that one of their products or sub-companies becomes their saviour, but they still appear to be dying a very slow death. The shareholders are kept guessing what their next step will be, just to stay "alive".

Have you found out how the new securities are to be issued? Why 8c with options thrown in - won't this drive the share price down, at least in the short term? I will continue to follow & watch posts, but feel there are better opportunities out there at the moment.
