Sorry Sinikal but I missed your latest Post 4/9. Just read it tonite.

Regarding your Post - Perhaps they just don't want to admit that they just can't sell the Waterpower units in a month of Sundays. Not one sale in how many years now. A little warning sign for Cardia was probably the 2002 Annual Report - very nicely written but just gave you that sinking feeling that it might be all hype.

I don't know who the new issue will be going to. The three big holders - Volpe, Mr Yu and Polarity B hold around 60% I think of the shares.
