I cant believe what i am reading with phils announcements. What does using a 90 barrels a day pump in the top section mean. Are we going to pump only 90 barrels a day, plus 60 for the middle, giving a total of 150. Can the upper section pump more than 90 a day, or is the upper section really doing less than 90 barrels a day, and we will install that pump anyway.

Give us how many barrels over the whole well, end of story, good bad or indifferent.
