I agree as I don't doubt that they didn't set out to fail. I'm not convinced they will definitely fail, maybe I'm just holding hope. However, regardless of their intentions or position, I believe that they have an obligation to keep us informed. They are holding a lot of people's hard earned money and the least they could do is keep us up to date and that does not mean releasing mumbo jumbo anns. Straight up and honest anns with their non exaggerated information. If the company folds and they haven't been honest with the SH's just so they could drag it out and continue to receive income for themselves while knowing there was no future, they will not get away with it. Release updates without misleading crap is all I'm asking for.
