Speaking of Key Petroleum.. That man Ted Ellyard was and still is i believe a director of Bonaparte Diamond Mines.
The subscription price was 25c, and they opened at a 13.5c thus every investors worst nightmare.
I'd have to read the prospectus with an extreme caution.
