    BLR U projects are going nowhere due to situating in a U unfriendly state and mining exploration licencing issue. The situation will be getting worse in Colorado after Japan nuclear disaster. Local's sentiment against BLR's U exploration will likely increase. It is not something that management can control. Also BLR uses conventional mining.If U spot price stays in the ballpark of $60/pound,BLR simply cannot make money from its U projects considering the cost around $60/pound for conventional mining.
