Just thinking out loud after reading here.They can be accumulating at the lows .....or they can accumulate at any price as and if it goes up,they can buy a maximum of 155,352,495 shares with an end date of 25/7/24.
So if thats the case buying could be done even to keep propelling the price up until that end date or to suit any agenda with announcement timing
It dosnt really seem fair when they know the time of announcement and can buy shares, asx has never been fair anyway
