To follow up on my comment above as it may sound a little confusing for newcomers - KRR sold off the Speewah Project to TVN and took the $12M. The HPA project they tried very hard with but didn't have the resources and funds to accelerate it to the next level so it is now on hold. They tried their best to advance it and spent $10M plus on it, but the market did not have the same confidence and with each price sensitive announcement related to HPA (from memory it was 14 in a row) the share price continued its downward spiral. Hence why this is now on hold and why Au-Cu is now the key focus. Hopefully spending this $12M plus on the Au-Cu will finally reverse this share price!
