AVZ clearly doesn’t have any other decent offer on the table right now than 4.5c offer from Yibin, if they do, they won’t be doing all this waiting games when the due date is missed again. Directors went to China and came back empty handed, no deal is made, no money is received, the problem now is who is gonna fund AVZ and what the price will be if there is any. Another red day is expected and there is no support I can draw at this point after the 2 days free fall.
and when it comes to business, the more desperate party always lose. And AVZ seems extremely desperate therefore it will be difficult to make a decent deal in current situation unless directors put their own hard earn money for the company like Tim Goyder and his fam did?
