    Very misleading. Glencore halted production 90% due to Cobalt prices plummeting. It suspended Mutana mind and kept production for Colbalt at Katanga mine, also in DRC. Go and compare Aussie Mining taxes to DRC and lets see where we stand, Ha?? S
