i dont believe for one second they couldn't get others to fund the operation as it stood.
plenty to question this company over and they know it, deliveries and bill payments are still in full swing gagging for growth funding.
Its either a rat or something decent is unfolding that will completely shock after a year of suspension and miserable times for shareholders
